If I could leave no stars and still leave a bad review, I would! After months of waiting to go see a hand surgeon specialist for my right hand, I finally got the appointment today. Went in, paid my $50 copay, waited 10 minutes for him to come in, got X-rays done during those 10 minutes, then after 5 minutes of the surgeon looking at my hand and the X-rays, the surgeon says “there’s nothing I can do for you”. End of appointment. No recommendations to do a MRI or CT to see if something is wrong with my tendons and ligaments. M... read more
Appreciate TOA urgent care being open the day after Xmas, and not having to wait long and the expedited care.
Entire staff is very professional, from ease of checkin, to x-ray and treatment. Exam was very thorough and every step was explained to me in layman’s terms. Treatment plan and options were also explained and when I was presented options I was given the pros and cons of each. I highly recommend this establishment.
