This place shouldn't be seeing more than 8 people at a time. I got a tooth pulled and was told to come back if I sensed any infection. Well I did and was sat in the lobby for over an hour while literally watching the nurse stand around and talk. Not it's 5:25 p.m and over been in the back room over 30 mins after asking for meds. No tooth pulling no extra stuff. Just showed my gums and asked for meds. The nurse said the pharmacy closes at 6 pm then left me in here for 30 minutes. This was hands down the best dentist I’ve had in a long time they weren’t stingy with the Nova Caine even after I was nice and numbed up usually the dentist I’ve had didn’t force my jaw open they used a bite block instead the lay time I got dental work was at st joes they weren’t very nice and the male dentist I had was aweful I’m shocked he didn’t dislocated my jaw and then the work didn’t even look good not this place they have an amazing dental staff the hygienist who I had she was a lovely darker skinned woman she made s... read more
Dentist was rude and arrogant and kept talking over me when I was trying to answer his questions. He took one look at my medical issues and disability and said I needed permission for an infected tooth pull. Which means I need to take ten extra steps I don't have for a simple, infected tooth extraction that I have been trying to get done for a week now with no help and no openings at actual dental practices.
