Great experience
Very friendly and helpful staff and nurses and doctors
Couldn't even get an appointment because I was discriminated against on the phone... I was told they don't do medical clearance throught PCPs (they 100% do... but only if you aren't transgender). My legal information was asked for, and when I was clocked as trans they demanded to know what surgery I'm getting. Then they told me they don't do gender affirming care. I didn't ask for gender affirming care, I asked for a basic medical clearance for anesthesia.
