Dentist was rude and arrogant and kept talking over me when I was trying to answer his questions. He took one look at my medical issues and disability and said I needed permission for an infected tooth pull. Which means I need to take ten extra steps I don't have for a simple, infected tooth extraction that I have been trying to get done for a week now with no help and no openings at actual dental practices.
Very poorly run establishment! I've called 4 times about a medication i was NOT supposed to stop taking! I WAS TOLD 2 separate occasions the medicine will be sent to my pharmacy and 2 separate times somebody would call me back! Not one of those things have happened! What a joke! On top of that they dont have a record of me having an appointment just that I was there and they dont have a record of me having a follow up appointment which I have the paperwork! I left an appointment I'm court mandated to go to because the attitude of the female receptionist was nasty. We're all entitled to bad days, but I will not be returning for services of any kind.
