We had gone here earlier this week to buy a car from Saif. We made a deal with each other, but then he claimed his card reader didn’t work that day, so we made plans to go back the next day. He even gave us his phone number. We shook hands and he said he would honor that price that was agreed upon, then we said goodbye.
