I have been a patient with QuestCare for over 5yrs. I have been a patient of Dr Dinh almost 3yrs, she's amazing and very competent. The whole entire staff from the front desk to the in take nurses are nothing but amazing.

BEWARE! Totally unethical clinic. I had surgery at Medical City Plano under a different surgeon and had everything covered and pre approved under my insurance. Then as I was being discharged a Doctor from their clinic walked in and asked if I was good to go while I was still coming down from pain meds. Didn’t say he wasn’t with the hospital staff at Medical City or that he was out of network. So just because he released me they are charging $700 when if informed I could have easily waited another hour for my original surgeon... read more
