Would give 0 stars if I could. They do not manage their properties or enforce the rules in their contracts. Their buildings are rampant with issues, and when I raised an issue about constant noise nuisances, they denied the issue and refused to address it. Jorge, the manager at the time, accused me of lying and did not address the problem. There were kids screaming and running around the halls and pool unsupervised day and night. Really poor at record keeping and holds maintenance checks and assessment checks until after deadline, then cashes and hits us with late fees. BEWARE! Poor contact, does not return emails or requests for statements. UPDATE as of 2023.. Jorge from Quest resigned from being our property manager. It came to light that this THIEF took our maintenance money and failed to pay the bills for the building. Very bad customer service. Stay away. Not rated by the Better Business Bureau.
