Pretty sure this place is closed down but just incase, sharing my experiences from a bit ago- I've been here twice, and both times I left in tears. I have a phobia of getting my blood drawn, but I can usually control myself as long as the person drawing my blood is quick and understanding. Before they draw my blood, I always mention that I have a phobia, but even if I cry/panic, I wont pull away or anything so that they know that they don't have to worry about my behavior and can do what they need to do. Got my blood drawn during peak hours on a weekday. The person working there was friendly and professional. He took my blood in one go, easy as can be. I told him I usually pass out so he gave me a cold pack and instructed me how to properly sit. This was also during the COVID-19 pandemic, and he followed all protocols and the lab was clean. Thanks!
