I had an appointment for lab work, arrived on time, and nobody saw me. I waited, but no one called my name or even explained what was happening. What’s the point of making an appointment if the staff completely ignores it? This was a total waste of my time and extremely unprofessional. I expected much better service from Quest Diagnostics. Very disappointing experience. I will think twice before coming back.
Patience, the phlebotomist was wonderful. I’ve gotten my labs done by her twice now and not only is she quick, but one of the best phlebotomists I’ve ever met. She is also so incredibly pleasant and I actually look forward to seeing her :)
This place will charge your card without authorization and that is illegal. They recently charged my card $150 without my prior authorization. Not to mention the lady was rude during blood work.
