The phlobottomist was very nice and friendly, she made the test easy and my anxiety gone. The parking is big. The entrance is on the back, the lab is on the level B.
Phlebotomist was friendly and efficient
I arrived right on time and got called in within 10 minutes of signing in. The process was quick and seamless. The specialists were very kind as well. I saw reviews regarding a $10.00 fee for parking. That's not completely accurate. The specialist/doctor gave me a card prior to the testing and with that you can waive the fee and exit. First scan the parking ticket you recieve upon arrival at the exit, and then scan the ticket you recieve at your appointment and there you go. Therefore, there is no parking fee. Good luck.
HORRIBLE. First of all, one is the parking $10? There are so many quest diagnostics in the city with free parking, so don’t come here it’s ridiculous. Second, if you didn’t make an appt, don’t come because the wait will be a few hours. If you made an appt, change the appt bcuz the wait can still be very very long. There’s no one to ask help from, it’s just a fully empty room. I ended up leaving and dint wait for my appt, like a guy before me.
They were great. Took me early. Nurse was very patient and painlessly drew my blood successfully Update from original review - went there again this year, they took me an hour early, nurse was awesome/skilled and I didn't feel a thing and it was done quickly.
