Entry kiosk w/bugs, delays, needed reboots. Burden shift to patient. Incorrectly charged me copay when I am in network. Personnel steered me to unscheduled drawing, wouldn;t do the one I was supposed to have.
Could’ve given more stars but i was met upon being called in with a rude women , who proceeded to question me as to why i came in for a Covid test instead of going to my doctors office , which was for one , none of her business as that is the service i booked and clearly was available to book , two people come from out of town , don’t have doctors , haven’t found a new doctor in a new town they are in , clearly she lacked common sense to wrap that around her head and then proceeded to shame me for not having a mask on for se... read more
They were great. Took me early. Nurse was very patient and painlessly drew my blood successfully
