Had an amazing experience today. No poking into the vein, no fiddling while drawing blood. Kristine was an absolute perfection as a phlebotomist. On top of that, she is exceedingly pleasant and friendly.
I want to share my unpleasant experience with this laboratory. I am very outraged. I had a misfortune and I urgently needed to take a blood test. I came to my doctor and gave blood. When my doctor sent my tests, the lab refused to accept my tests because they did not understand my last name, despite the fact that my last name was printed, not handwritten. Because of this, I have not been able to receive the results of my blood tests for 2 weeks. I suspect a miscarriage and need to understand how to act and this lab is not at... read more
