Very poor service overall. The phone service is useless. Tecnicisns are good but overworked. No politeness whasoever. Very long waiting time.
This is a really bad company to deal with. To make appointment only automated. When I got there the computer could not find my qcode. So I stood by the window 15+ minutes. There is no receptionist because this cheap company does not have any. So I put myself on wait list but the labotomist said sorry you need to be here before 11 because it has to be sent out before 1pm they go to lunch at 12:30. So they can't help me. Great lab! I showed up right at opening time and checked in for my appointment right from my phone. Christina took me in immediately! Whole thing took 5 minutes! Very quick and efficient.
