I was very pleased with my visit,friendly staff,good experience. The only complaint that I have is that they need to post their lunch hours. for someone who's new to Quest and doesn't know,I was surprised to find their door locked midday.usually lunches are alternated for the convenience of the patients.
My phlebotomist Diana was simply wonderful! She was so caring, attentive, and extremely professional. She treated me like a VIP ☺️. Thank you, Diana!
The phlebotomist “Susan” was extremely rude. I had questions about the charges. She said it was only her job to draw blood. That I needed a lot of blood to be drawn and it was taking too much of her time. Then she told me they don’t even do some of the tests st that facility. She was bad mouthing me to another staff member. I left in tears with no blood drawn.
