Wonderful and fast service. I am always so nervous about having blood drawn because I’ve had very bad experiences in the past, but the phlebotomist at Quest was kind, quick, and very efficient. I was in and out in five minutes. This was the best experience I’ve ever had. Thank you!
Abhorrent customer service. Nobody at the front desk. They want you to check in and wait in a waiting room full of people just to pickup a plastic cup. Because. Ya know, receptionists are so old school. Can't talk to a live person by phone either. Great way to treat people who are yetting tested because they are very sick. Throwing up in a waiting room full of people while i wait for a cup really sounds thrilling.
I wish I could go elsewhere but Blue Cross/Blue Shield uses their labs. Really loved TPCA. But now they are closed.
HORRIBLE all around Better off getting rid of all HUMANS at this location and replace them with AI robots. More would get done and customers would actually have something to talk to instead of a computer or the wall. HORRIBLE and need better management Workers are not friendly and pissy attitude Saw 3 customers get told to leave because they didn’t want to see them and wanted to go home.
