Horrible experience with TEch here her name is ruby she is an older lady non compassionate person to deal with ! She had me move out of her chair because of my order was wrong she and within 5 mins I got it fixed and she already had some else in my place didn’t even wait a reasonable time to call someone else back and I had to wait longer time than expected till she was done with them then on top of that the teenager and father where going back and forth arguing. The Quest Diagnostic building was neat and clean. The staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. My lab work was drawn in less than 10 minutes of my arrival and the discomfort I experienced from the blood drawn was very brief and very minimal. I received my lab test results the following day. I plan to have all my lab work performed at this Quest Diagnostic facility.
The young lady who drew my blood had a positive attitude and an inspiring spirit! I am a very nervous person when it comes to getting blood work. She was precise, quick and painless with my stick! I am a known hard stick, so that always causes me stress and anxiety. She showed confidence and rightfully so, she's very skilled at her job!! I thank her!
