The service center is very organized. When I arrived in the parking lot I checked in through a text that I had received. I only had a few minutes waiting time. Then, the nurse that drew my blood was one of the nicest people I have ever met. She was also good at drawing my blood in that the needle went smoothly right into my arm with no discomfort whatsoever. The whole experience there was altogether very positive.
I've been to both locations in Tallahassee and always have short waits (with appointment) and friendly and professional staff
