Had an appointment at 6:40am, they called out Morales - mind you, not my name. And then at 7 when I say something like I haven't been called. They go ahead and say Morales again and they were like "I loooked you dead in the eye and said your name" ... that's not my name and they were so rude. So rude it was not a nice time at all. My phlebotomist was fast and friendly even adding some laughter in our visit! The facility was clean! The entire process was perfect from scheduling all the us to getting my lab results in 24 hours! Very impressed with my experience!
It was easy to get an appointment. I didn’t have to wait long. The technicians were very efficient and pleasant.
Don't bother with this place. You're better offer with the other location.
