They were rude , not helpful at all.
Quest will not draw blood for research purposes. Even if tubes supplied, physician order provided and pre-paid shipping container given to them and paid to do blood draw. They will only draw blood if they are going to process it. Eveidently QUEST does not support research - only $$$$$.
