My experience here was amazing. I hope I’m remembering their names correctly but Tiana &Teagan were awesome. Getting my blood done isn’t easy. I usually pass out and my veins aren’t the best & never get the bloodwork completed . Tiana and Teagan were very patient with me & my veins lol. I’ve tried getting my bloodwork done 3 other times and it was unsuccessful. Tiana managed to get the bloodwork done & I didn’t feel a thing. Teagan made sure I was feeling ok & did so much to make sure I wouldn’t faint. Thank you ladies <3
They have a very quick check in with Kiosk. No wait at all and I was seen early. Very nice, professional woman did the test. The entire experience was excellent. Very clean, orderly office!
Horrible! Drove 50minutes to this location as it stated on the voice recording this location is open. Online the quest website states the location is open. I arrived and the sign states “closed until further notice”
There was no one there. I booked an appointment online and they made me book 2 weeks out because they were closed during that time. I got to my appointment and there was a sign on the door that said the office was "closed until further notice." No indication on the website, no cancellation notice, I even got the check-in text on the day of! I called the general quest diagnostics customer support line and they got me set up for an appointment at the Portsmouth location instead.
