Excellent!!!!!!
I was greeted by a young lady, who took me in minutes after I got there and checked in. It was a very pleasantful visit, especially since I have extreme anxiety over and blood draws, she made me feel ok. I would go back and do it again here in with this young lady in the future. I was a little confused when I pulled in because it was on like a little side road. I was looking for a large sign that said quest diagnostics, but I did not see that. Of the three Quests in North Haven, choose the Village street location. The staff there are professional and polite. The location next to CVS is by far the worst! Extremely unkind and confused staff who act like doing their job is an inconvenience. Even the doctors and nurses at my doctor's office agree they're totally incompetent and feel bad they don't have any other choice but to send patients to quest. The location next to Bellinis is okay.
