This was my first visit to the Broadway office, and I am truly grateful for the technician, Lane. I have historically struggled with blood draws and have even passed out in the past. When I mentioned this to Lane, he was incredibly accommodating. As I began to feel anxious, Lane started telling me jokes to help distract me until the procedure was finished. His personality, attentiveness, and overall empathy made all the difference. After years of traumatic experiences, this was genuinely the best one yet.

Hot mess express. Went in for test that I know my doctor ordered correctly, had it showing on my end, but the tech refused to listen. Reeked of cigarettes in the room..pretty disgusting at a medical facility. Made an appt at this location due to being in the area for my dogs vet. Never. Again. Highly recommend the Branford or Guilford locations for those wondering!

I think it’s horrible if you’re a walk in and there’s literally no one in the waiting room that they refuse to take you until the allotted time you get assigned. Last patient left 20 mins ago and no one else here but were sitting and not being taken in. It’s the first time I took my mom since she has dementia and will be the last. I will be going forward using Yale labs. Even though they take appts they take walk ins as well in between appts and don’t make patients wait when there’s no one else around

I really like the location in North Haven. It is near my home and usually is not crowded. The technicians are professional and very courteous.

Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Quest. I don’t live in the area but I had dropped a friend off at an appointment and had planned to use the wait time to go get my blood work done. I didn’t have an appointment so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw there was no wait. The gentleman who drew my blood was amazing, professional and didn’t have any difficulties, when others have in the past. I wish I lived closer so I could come back to this location in the future.
