Derek the lab tech was great! He was kind, courteous, patient, and explained everything. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience and was kind to my grandsons. This is the second time that Dereck has drawn my blood and both times were a great experience.
Thank you Nicole and Derik for delivering top notch care to my 16 year old son. My son had a horrible experience getting his blood drawn a few years ago and today these 2 angels changed his mindset. Along with executing the highest level of professionalism and generosity my son left with a smile.
This is the best Quest I’ve ever been to!! I’ve had lots of bloodwork done in the past, and I’ve never had a phlebotomist as kind and talented as Derek!! He was incredibly personable, sweet, accommodating, patient, and very gentle-handed as he walked me through the process! I’ve never had an experience at a quest as positive as this one ♥️ I don’t even live in the area, but I’d definitely come back here!! Whatever they’re paying Derek is not enough!! 😋✨
Probably the best experience I’ve ever had at a Quest. I don’t live in the area but I had dropped a friend off at an appointment and had planned to use the wait time to go get my blood work done. I didn’t have an appointment so I was pleasantly surprised when I walked in and saw there was no wait. The gentleman who drew my blood was amazing, professional and didn’t have any difficulties, when others have in the past. I wish I lived closer so I could come back to this location in the future.
The last time I was at Quest was at the one in Wallingford next to Stop & Shop and had an awful experience, so I refused to go there from my labs and what a difference this time was. I was taken in right away. The phlebotomist was amazing, very knowledgeable, and respectful of not only me as a patient but the fact that I am a nurse and phlebotomist.
