The phlebotomist who drew my blood was excellent. I’m an RN so I’ve done and seen a lot of draws.
My wait was quick, met by a professional and personable Lab Tech. Yes the room was small and filled with boxes which the Tech apologized for its appearance. Definitely not her fault but aware of atmosphere and instantly put at ease. The Lab Tech had a Peaceful Spirit, smiling calm demeanor and was made comfortable throughout wish I remembered her name. Excellent staff, easy check-in, and convenient location.
The staff was wonderful but the mobile app repeatedly did not allow me to make an appointment online. Further frustration with having to drive to location to make appointment on kiosk. I had to wait three hours, causing me to make several trips.
Lousy attitude from staff. I didn't appreciate being talked down to and treated like some kind of dirt bag. They make certain testing procedures awkward and embarrassing by conducting much of the process publicly in the hallway. Terrible experience and I'll never go back.
