I had a wonderful experience at Quest this morning. The check in was easy, you just scan your ID and insurance card. I waited for maybe 2 minutes before they called me in. The woman that drew my labs was absolutely wonderful. I didn’t catch her name, but she was so sweet, genuine, and kind. She handles everything swiftly and accurately and then sent me on my way. I was in there for maybe 20 minutes tops. I’m very happy with the way experience!
Friendly, professional, and courtesies staff greet you, and wait times are minimal, and reasonable. The office and patient rooms are clean. Staff is effective, and efficient, providing quality services. Location is convenient to public transportation, and street parking should cost $2 for the length of your visit. Have your insurance card, and government issued ID. Recommended!
First, finding parking is not a problem between the hours of 9:30 AM and 4:00 PM. There’s plenty of ample parking on the north side of Vine Street and east of Broad Street. There you will find meter parking for under two dollars for a 30 minute time slot, using the MeterUp app. Secondly, once you get to 227 N. Broad Street, look to your left and there is a LED screen to look up the names of the five options and you’ll see Quest Diagnostics. I did not have a positive patient experience. I’m not sure that they are trained or incentivized to provide this. I wish I would have read the reviews before coming.
