I had a great experience here and always do. Melissa was my pleb, she was very nice and made everything flow smoothly. I was taken in on time and treated well. would recommend.

I am not sure of her name, but the phlebotomist that took blood from both of my daughters was extremely patient and so very kind. I appreciate all she did to make the best out of a bad situation with screaming children. We had the best possible experience.

The visit was quick and easy. I was treated with professionalism and care. The only downside is that it was a bit confusing to find the laboratory—there are no signs at the front entrance indicating that the lab is located in the building, and once inside, you have to navigate a bit of a maze to reach the elevator that takes you to the 3rd floor.

We were told we need to pay money when we have two insurance plans that cover labs fully... We were told the blood would not be pulled if we didn't pay up feels like a mafia run practice
