Don’t bother, this location is closed. Just a sign on the door with no regard for people who had appointments.
The doctor there was rude and unprofessional. I waited for over an hour and a half for my daughters drug test only for the doctor not to do it. He wouldn’t even talk to me. He sent the nurse to tell me they weren’t doing them anymore when though I was already waiting. He knew we were there because he asked me not to let anyone else in when he locked the door to the office. Quest said 1st hour of day is for Sr. citizens to get VIP treatment, appt. NOT necessary! Arrived shortly after 7am, got registered, waited in car, got text at 7:28am to return for blood Collection. it. is now 8:45am and I'm still SITTING IN THE WAITING ROOM!!! THIS IS VIP TREATMENT???

I am disappointed and upset over how they handle their services due to COVID. Understandable that times have changed but being misinformed is truly upsetting. As a healthcare worker I show up at 0600 before my shift and was told I could not be seen due to not being an elderly patient or pregnant. They will not take chances with allowing me in. I have had work done there. The people were VERY nice and I received a bill and did NOT see an attempt at payment from my secondary insurance. I tried to call the pay by phone number and had to go through a long menu process, got nowhere. I tried the questions number. same problem and it directed me to the web site. All I want to do is ask ONE question and then if I owe money, I will pay the bill, But the web site was no help. Worst customer service , not friendly at all . My mother was also not seen despite the automated phone system stating no appointment need for patient 65+ . These people, in this office, should not be in the medical field .
