The service that I received when I went into have my blood work was great.....HOWEVER, the BILLING DEPT are the worst and their CUSTOMER SERVICE dept. when you call in to straighten out THEIR errors were just plain RUDE..... They put the wrong insurance information for my account.. I bet they use the last customers information on my chart.... I don't know.....BUT I KNOW ONE THING, I WILL NEVER EVER GO TO THIS LAB EVER AGAIN!
The best way not to wait for hours, is, number one, make an appointment or go in after 3:00 in the afternoon. In the afternoon we in and out in less then thirty minutes.
Waiting 2 1/2 hours to get blood drawn is ridiculous got there at 8:37 didn't get out of the till after 11 something they need to figure out a better way to help people faster we have lives too and yes i know we can make appointments to be seen faster but waiting that long is no reason for it you should never have to wait over an hour to be seen once you check in just saying
Phlebotomist was amazing! Great attitudes and super helpful. They had my daughter in and out, no fuss and painless! Thank you.
