Lab techs are nice! The billing department, lacks resources, up-to- date capabilities, customer service, communication, nor the ability for paperless billing. The phone reps are not reliable sources of information, often providing incorrect information, or vague answers with no informational value. Please do better quest.
Results of tests were not sent to doctors office as requested by physician and you are not to call and speak to a person to resolve this issue quickly.
To the driver of the Quest Diagnostic car who almost caused an accident yesterday at 425pm 9/22/25 at the intersection of South Seffner and Indiana Ave by pulling out in front of me then proceeding to flip me off, you should check yourself when driving a company car.
