Jennifer was quick and did the blood draw with no issues. The parking lot is flat and has a handicapped curb cut in front of the main door. Main building doors are handicapped accessible. Lab doors are not powered. Building being at the intersection of Rt 12 and Rt 122a at Shaws has traffic issues. Parking in front has time limits from 15 min to 30 min. Next to the 30 min parking are 2 EV chargers, not sure of the brand but they are not a recognized Tesla style.
Really nice location, spacious and clean waiting room. I had trouble making an appointment online but got there early on a Saturday as a walk-in and was served within 5 minutes. Meredith was lovely and efficient.

I am giving a review to a very kind and gentle phlebotomist - Nemia. I came in today to get bloodwork done for my toddler. Her gentle and calm manner of going about the entire experience made it wonderful for my son and he didn’t even cry. I appreciated it so much!! Thank you for your hard work.
