I am always impressed by the treatment I'm given and the pleasant attitudes of the phlebotomists' doing the work. I am an EXTREMELY hard stick because my veins are really tiny, paper thin and When you try to stick a needle, the veins turn and try to run. Your people are always patient and make me at ease.

Went there to do blood test ordered by my doctor. 3 weeks later i find out the results were never shared with my doctor. I then sign up for an account to try to retrieve my results myself. They request a verification to send a code to my phone. code never comes so I can't access my test data. Decided to call customer service. Twice spent over 30 minutes on the phone with no answer.
