I have very difficult vein to find and Ashley who is the very quiet and polite has used her experience to find my deep, difficult with ease and one needle poke to find and successfully drew the blood and next day received the result.
Wonderful. Quick. No wait time if you have an appointment. Efficient. Ample parking, easy check in and didn’t feel a thing! Also love the ease of seeing my results and past history online. Results came in 2 days!
This is one of the best Quest Diagnostics locations that I’ve been to. It was clean and more spacious than most locations. I had an early appointment and was in and out quickly.
I didn't make an appointment since I forgot, but I needed blood test results prior to my doctor appointment, so I went in as a walk-in and waited about an hour to be called. Ashley saw that I had brought my two young kids with me, since I didn't have anyone to watch them, and so she called me in as soon as she could. She even gave my daughter stickers and she got my vein on the first try. It was painless. I really appreciated Ashley!
The worst lab you can use . They welcome walk-in as stated in the web site and door of the lab. I visited them 4 times as walk in and every time I wait from 1 to 2 hours and not getting any chance for my blood work. Lastly, I visited and there was only 4 persons and I wait 2 hours nothing that there are 4 technicians serving the patients. For no reason I wait 2 hours. And the online appointment takes you in circles for hours and can’t get appointment. Ohhhhhhh
