I made appt day before but I was not in the system. It was crowded so technician would not take me in. She didn't have great people skills
The nurse has created her own empire there with her own rules. She put a sign on the door "Appointment Only" but they didn't mention anything on their website. Total waste of time. I went to the La Crescenta one and in 30 minutes I was helped.
The Quest Lady is the most disrespectful person I have ever met. The lady was extremely rude and should get fired immediately. My appointment was at 9:00 and I was there at 8:50 and she refused to take my test. Her name is Bianca.
Bianca works there and she is terrible employe. Today I went there at 2:00 PM and had a very bad experience. I demand that she gets fired because she does not know how to do her job. Olga was a much better employe. I will NEVER shop at VONS AGAIN because of that experience. Even the STORE MANAGER has COMPLAINS AGAINST HER.
Was late for my appointment for 5 minutes, with 2 kids, the worker said that it’s her break time she can’t draw the blood anymore. As far as I know there is 10 minutes grace period but she said she can’t do it. She was a very rude Spanish woman, and told us that no other nearby quest labs have availability, and that I need to make another appointment. So I went to another quest lab and did the test in an hour. Will never go to this location anymore.
