Lesson learned; do not go to Quest unless you have an appointment. Even if you have an appointment, it will be a long wait. We signed in with the ipad and the system told us that the standby list would be 30-60minutes. 2 hours goes by and we still aren't seen. There was no way to tell where we were on their list because their tv monitor system was not working. Terribly sad about their system and the staff they are having. They accept walks in with 60 minutes wait time waited for more then two hours staff are busy talking with each other but don’t take walk in patients. They should not accept walk in at all if they are giving people such a hard time.
I have a terrible experience. My doctor said to do urgent tests the next day. Since there were no available appointments the next day , I decided to go walk-in. After sitting in line for 6 hours, I was 5th on the list at 8 am, and left 5th on the list at 2 pm. They did not accept no one who came walk-in. And they told me that most likely they will not accept. Why can't they put one worker who will only accept the list of walk-in people? So that people who need to do urgent tests have at least some chance?
