Waiting room:: #1- the TV is so loud, and plays on an obnoxious loop over and over- PLEASE turn that down! Staff:: My Lab tech was phenomenal- she was SO nice, gracious and did an excellent job. She was very engaged and kind and quick! Highly recommend her. They have a manager there ( I believe, nice lady with glasses) who would come out and update us on times/waits which I appreciated a lot. She wanted to be sure we were up to date and she was very kind to check on us all.
I had a great experience at this Quest location for my Function follow up labs. I arrived at 7:50 for an 8am appointment and was in and out before 8am. Kaye was my phlebotomist. She was super efficient and knowledgeable—made the experience quick and painless!
Have to leave a review because there are weird ones on here. I was here at 2 in the afternoon. ( with appt) Check in was a breeze! Renee my phlebotomist was excellent. I only waited maybe 4 minutes and was out only 10 minutes after my appointment! Excellent experience. Check in is automated, but a live person checked on me within a minute of checking in! Super good!
Over two weeks now and....crickets re my results. Website is terrible, you go round and round with a bot in an endless loop of questions and redirection, almost impossible to find the phone number. Wonder if I'll ever get what I paid for???
