The phlebotomist that worked with me was both professional and personable. Her skill was very impressive. Competent, confident, caring and courteous. I couldn’t ask for better.
Don’t go here to get blood drawn. Popped my vein in my hand, poked the other hand and still couldn’t get enough blood. They also popped my wife’s vein in her hand. We left with swollen purple hands and not even even blood to test. Place is awful.
This will be my 3rd time at this facility. It can get a bit backed up but it is better if you have an appointment instead of being a walk in. As long as the paperwork is in order the appointment itself is rather quick. My suggestion: make an appointment online and be there early just in case things are running behind.
The phlebotomist was AMAZING! She's been so helpful in the past, and is very pleasant. And a painless blood draw!
Easy check in, friendly and welcoming staff and they know their stuff. I’ve been there several times over the last couple of years and I always have a positive experience.
