The parking for this building is a little tricky, but once I navigated the parking, everything else was pretty easy. Jasmine helped me out with my appointment, and thankfully, she was amazing to work with. She had a great attitude and was so quick with the whole needle drawing process that before I knew it, the blood intake part was over. It was really easy to get an appointment, and the whole process was very simple!
Your staff Ryan was courteous and professional.
Online appointment system doesn’t work (none within 25 miles at least 4 weeks out). Can’t reach anyone by phone. Offices close at 4pm. I wish there was an alternative. Healthcare should not be run for profit!!!!!!!!!!!!! It should exist to help humans, not to make the most money possible by employing no one except a terrible phone answering maze and a website builder. It used to be a human right to have a chance to be healthy.
Very friendly, cooperative male technician who took care of me. He had lot of patience to listen to my concerns and to answer . My appointment was on 18 Feb 2025 @ 9:30 am. I recommend him as a perfect experienced technician. The Quest is.one of the best lab I ever experienced.
Nelly is an absolutely amazing technician. Despite being short staffed, she took the utmost care with my extensive lab work. I wish that Quest gave it's workers more support. She had ten people waiting in the waiting room after her coworker called out. It's people like Nelly, who work so hard despite corporate incompetence and indifference, that keep the world going. I hope Quest finds more ways to support it's understaffed and overworked employees. They deserve it.
