Loved my experience and I will be back. Check in was quick and easy. Jocelyn made what is usually a scary experience the most pleasant blood draw I’ve ever had. She’s great at what she does and it’s clear she loves her job. I echo the other reviews in saying, Quest: please pay this woman everything she deserves, she’s working for every penny of it and making you guys look amazing. I will be booking any future blood work I can with her here at the Quest Baines Ct location. Thanks Jocelyn for a 5 star experience!
I've been going to this Quest location for several years now, and I love Jocelyn. She's a highly skilled phlebotomist who makes me feel relaxed and happy whenever I go in. I'm honestly happy to see her. Appointments are easy to make online, and I check-in via text link when I get there. I prefer to see Jocelyn at Quest than any other place.
The entire process at Quest Diagnostics was seamless and efficient. After e-checking in online, I arrived at the location, checked in at the front desk, and was called back within just 5 minutes. When I realized I had forgotten my paper lab orders (which could have been a major setback), Jocelyn immediately offered a solution by providing their fax number. I wonderful experience! The phlebotomist was so sweet and has the cutest art of her own Chihuahua on the wall! She also had fun things around the room that I think would be so great for patients who are scared to have their blood taken. Sometimes a smile or a little laugh is enough to make a huge difference in someone's experience. I hope she keeps doing her and making people smile and feel safe!
I just had an appointment this morning and don't often write Google reviews but Jocelyn (the phlebotomist) at this location was so pleasant, kind and professional that I felt it was needed. She was wonderful! I read the reviews before booking my appointment so was a little hesitant but I made my appointment for early in the morning and was called back before my appointment time. In and out in 10 minutes! If I need to use Quest again in the future I will 100% go here!
