Went today, a Friday, the only day I get off work early so can easily make the small 2-4pm drug test window. Arrived for my appointment only to be informed the network had been down all day and they couldn't run any tests without it. If they had just updated my text appointment I wouldn't have wasted my time driving over here. Now I have to take time off work next week to come back in for a test since they only drug test 2 hours a day M-F when everyone else is working. Very easy, convenient experience. Also loved getting my results on my iPhone with the Apple Health integration, plus with MyQuest I get to manage all of my family circle. Was able to book appointment online and get in and out.
I will start here with one word of advice, GO TO LABCORP! Save yourself. One of the attendants was extremely rude from the moment I walked in the door. I arrived around 4:30 for a pre-employment drug screening to have her speak so quickly and rudely I could barely understand her. It is not advertised that they have restricted hours for drug screening (2-4 p.m.). I left and called my employer requesting a switch to LabCorp and fortunately, they were able to do so. Apparently (not written on site) they only do drug screenings at this location from 2-4pm, how inconvenient of them to provide potential clients with this info until AFTER they arrive on site, at 4:05 pm..
