Definitely will not be back to this place. Gredetta, I think is her name, was so rude to me. I came in for my 1:40pm appointment and the first thing she said to me was “can you go now, I’m off at 2”… like excuse me. I was already drinking water to make sure I could go. I end up not being able to produce enough so she was just going to send me on my way instead of waiting a few minutes for me to go. And come to find out the place didn’t close until 3!! I had a great experience at Quest Brookwood. The check-in process was quick and easy at the kiosk, and I waited no more than a minute before they came and got me to come back. Kia was my nurse that drew blood. She was kind, friendly and we had a great chat. I was in and out, in less than 10 minutes.
Parking / location is TERRIBLE and no one answers the phone if you have trouble finding it. NO signage whatsoever. Better off driving to the next county.
So fast and efficient. In and out before my free 20 minute parking expired.
