I was refused service today from Quest Diagnostic in the Brookwood Hospital, 4th floor. The lady that works there is normally pretty rude and snippy but today crossed the line. When I grabbed the doorknob of the office, as I turned the knob, I felt someone grab it from the other side. So im thinking someone was trying to leave the office and we reached for the knob at the same time but no one came out. I grabbed the knob again and tried to open it and the door was locked. You can all say that maybe I am not used to going into a lab or something like that. But my experience here was bad. I got there early, waited for 20 min, the lady in the little window was so rude. She told me to sign in, which I didn't understand because she never looked at me. There was nobody else in the room with me, waited there quite long and clueless, so after a new patient came in, I realized that and I had to sign in.
