Very nice phlebotomist and funny too!
As someone who is TERRIFIED of having my blood drawn, this was the best experience I've ever had at Quest, let alone ever with giving blood. The main reason for that is Lane. He was kind, empathetic, & understanding. Most times when you go to the doctor nowadays, the bedside manner is next to nothing and it's so discouraging. Lane had incredible bedside manner & it made me relaxed, heck, even braver than I would normally be. lane was fantastic. he could tell that i was nervous (as i always am before a blood draw), and he truly made the entire process painless. he also handled an unnecessarily angry patient in the waiting room with class and made me feel safe as i left. thank you, lane!
