Originally I had been upset because a particular test I needed didn't come back. It had been added on by the Dr. And for some reason it was not included ( although it could be the Dr's off too)...Anyway, I went back today and I have to say the staff was wonderful and I believe the staff at the office did everything possible to remedy the situation. The staff is the best and I feel very comfortable going there.
Please don’t go to Kaylie, the phlebotomist. My experience with her was extremely disappointing. She attempted to draw my blood twice unsuccessfully, and what bothered me most was that she did not even have the courtesy to ask another phlebotomist to try. Rest of the people there were extremely nice and courteous The lab work I needed that particular day was extremely important and time-sensitive for me.
