My doctor wanted me to have an annual physical exam, and he ordered the lab work. First of all, I went to the Queet diagnostic laboratory in another place, Torrance, but the lab was closed. I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent visit (9/5/2024). First, I want to sincerely thank the lady who took care of me during my appointment. She was professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable while drawing my blood.(5 stars 🌟 ) However, during the process, a nurse named Karina interrupted and rudely asked her colleague for my name, questioning why she was the one attending to me. I don't understand the negative reviews. I'm sitting in the lobby now and every employee has been very nice and professional to everyone. I came in with a different request as my sample needs sent off to a hospital. They said they don't do that but would make an exception this one time. Could have easily turned me away. Would highly recommend this site.
You guys are all wrong like failure they are actually doing nothing and delayed my surgery every time. Do not go to this place.
