Priscilla is an exceptional professional! Often phlebotomists whether a hospital or medical facility have difficulty getting the needle in my vein resulting in pain and bruising. Priscilla at this location however is extraordinaire. She was able to get the blood sample needed on the first attempt. I had no pain or bruising. As well she is efficient with her time, courteous and compassionate. I will definitely return for my lab work at this Quest, 291 Lincoln St location because she has been the best.
Easy to make an appointment and then a quick in and out

I accidentally went to this lab instead of Umass lab across the street. They said no worries, we will have your orders sent here. So they tried to do that and it didn’t work so they sent me across the street to umass. Umass lab sent me back to quest. I was sent back and forth 4 DIFFERENT TIMES and somehow Quest could not see my orders even though Umass could see that Quest had my orders. The woman at Quest was incredibly rude to me and nobody could help me and my blood was never drawn. I am appalled at this situation.
