I was very nervous when I came in but was lucky enough to have Jocelyn helping me. She talked to me the entire time so that I didn't have my mind focusing on getting my blood drawn. She was very nice and funny; I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Amazing service! Every single time, they never fail to make me feel welcome and at home. Shoutout to Victoria! She was very kind and was happy to answer any questions we had. This place is popular for a reason; and that being said I recommend you schedule an appointment rather than doing a walk-in so you are guaranteed speedy service as the lobby gets full pretty quick:)
The staff could not locate my lab order in their system, despite my confirmed appointment, completed check-in, and proof of payment. Instead of investigating their own technical issue, they rudely told me to leave and resolve it with customer support myself. I spent over 40 minutes contacting support. Even when a representative offered to speak directly with the laboratory staff, the employees refused to cooperate.
