This Cary Quest lab has horrendous customer service and takes no responsibility for their own mistakes. I would give them 0 stars if I could. We have a family member who is quite ill and homebound so we had blood drawn via a mobile phlebotomy service. 6 sample tubes were delivered to the Cary Quest location where they were signed for by an employee of the lab. I appreciate you having a human in the lobby for people with questions. Thanks for taking feedback on this. Took me back at scheduled time, the person who drew my blood was personable efficient and clearly skilled. Much improved since January!
I had a great experience at this Quest location. The phlebotomist was kind and professional, and the blood draw was completely painless—I barely felt it, and I didn’t have any bruising afterward. She also spoke very clearly and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but my appointment was on August 13 at around 2:40 PM. I hope the office can identify her and pass along my thanks!
Precious was the best phlebotomist I've ever had! She was so friendly, and I had a lot of fun chatting with her. She was very accommodating about letting me choose the other arm, and it did not hurt at all! I don't think I've ever had it not hurt. It also healed up quickly because she kept pressure on it long enough. I wish I could get her every time! And I was called in from the waiting room very quickly. I've had some not-so-great experiences at this Quest location, but this was the best!
