I had an appointment that I booked through MyQuest the night before. I selected "other" for type, but the site did not give me further instructions. This site was running late and many people in the waiting room commented that they often run late. I was called 25 minutes after my appointment time and the Quest employee told me that I would have to get an order from CVS minute clinic and come back. Digusted with the entire staff and facility. They do not display accurate information for the location and admittance into the facility. Almost lost my appointment due to the lack of information that they provide. Per the building this door should’ve been opened since it’s stated permanently on the door and sure enough it’s not and you only would know if you do a lap around the building and into a secret cove with the #7 on the door. I've never left a google review before, but I felt like I had to after today's experience. I've been going to this place for blood work every year for the last 11 years, basically since I'd started going to a doctor in the same building. After every appointment, no matter how early it was, I always went for a walk-in right after and it was always easy/convenient. This year, they changed the lab changed their hours and wasn't open.
