I will always have great experience! I make appointment no problem! There times don't see me exact time but no big deal could be other test took long we have patience! Great place make sure make appointment always busy!
Insanely rude staff, super confusing kiosk with no staff to help you out, and when you try to do it yourself they give you attitude for doing it wrong. Like okay? I'm sorry I did it wrong? Maybe if somebody was actually here at the desk to talk to people then I wouldn't do it wrong. "Well bla bla bla!!!! You should've done this!!! Its on you!!!" Okay? I'm sorry I don't know how YOUR system works.
1/31/2026 the two rudest people working there today treated my mother with the worst attitude and disrespect hopefully I never come into contact with them again or they would personally be my problem! If you don’t like your job or have a bad day do Not take it on the elderly !! Very unprofessional!!!!
Clean place. Silvia is informative and professional. I love the app that gives access to results and helps explain the chart. Exceptional!
