Went in to the 26 Julio Dr. office in Shrewsbury and waited for 2 hours. Only saw one employee, Christine, taking patients in and out of the waiting room. We could hear another employee speaking loudly about everything but drawing blood, while we where in the waiting room. But while Christine was taking all the patients, never once did we see any other support.
Arrived three minutes late to my appointment and an iPad removed me from the waiting list. There was nobody working in the waiting room. After 15 minutes of waiting the woman that I eventually spoke to was very disrespectful and mean. Would absolutely not recommended this location.
I went today in the morning and the lady treated me very rudely and unprofessionally.
Warning Stay away….Rude and unprofessional staff.
Check in staff is very rude here, literally the woman at the front desk was yelling at my dad this morning when he arrived because he tried to ask for check in process(he had an appointment) and I heard the woman yelling at him while I was on the phone with him trying to explain he didn't speak English. He wanted to walk out, he was so upset and shaken up
