Terrible company. No humans to answer phone. When I got there the person was going to draw my blood until I told her she was wrong. My test was for urinalysis. BIG MISTAKE. Inexcusable. She found the correct information and apologized. I was able to talk to a human on the phone only after choosing the "provider" prompt which is for doctors or other healthcare providers. I have to say that after pressing the "doctor" prompt, the person who helped me was excellent. This place is severely underfunded. Chipping paint everywhere ... read more
If I can give it a one star I would! Worse place I wouldn’t bring my kids here again
I really appreciate the way they treat me and the faster services...no waiting line....excellent staff and great location.
Went in to the 26 Julio Dr. office in Shrewsbury and waited for 2 hours. Only saw one employee, Christine, taking patients in and out of the waiting room. We could hear another employee speaking loudly about everything but drawing blood, while we where in the waiting room. But while Christine was taking all the patients, never once did we see any other support.
Arrived three minutes late to my appointment and an iPad removed me from the waiting list. There was nobody working in the waiting room. After 15 minutes of waiting the woman that I eventually spoke to was very disrespectful and mean. Would absolutely not recommended this location.
