The phelbotomist was very good.
After needing to use Multiple other Quest Labs, I find several others to be very good at sticking to online schedules and thus I am amending my prior 1 star review. WORST lab experience in my life! Do no use Quest if you can avoid it. They require online scheduled appointments (example 7/6/2023 1:10 pm) then have closure notices posted on the door "Hours 8:00 - 1:00 M-F" with NO notification of any kind sent to appointment holders. This place is very clean, efficiently run. The nurse is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!
Short wait time. phlebotomist is very professional and also friendly. Her confidence is well warranted. She got a working vein on the first try and left only a small bruise. It usually takes multiple jabs by multiple personnel to get this result on me, and there is usually a large bruise. This will be my usual Quest lab the future.
