Easy to make appointment and signed in via the link as I arrived, and on time. Thanks.
Made an appointment online. When I got there I checked in on a kiosk. Sat down and waited maybe 2 or 3 minutes at the most. It was very clean and nice in the waiting room and the lab area. Very good phlebotomist too! I will definitely go there again!
The staff at this location are rude and do not provide quality service. Their staff is not well trained in their profession. Three people attempted to draw my blood and they all failed, and they did not try to come up with a solution to complete the blood draw. They acted as if I was an inconvenience to draw my blood. I went a different facility the same day and they drew my blood with no problems. I will absolutely NEVER go to this location again.
