the check in process has been streamlined, the wait time was 10 or less - I could see my name on the marque. and the visit was pain free. in and out in a flash!

It would be nice if you hired more staff to accommodate all the people, not only those with appointments, but also the stat orders and walk-ins. Every Quest Diagnostics I have been to has had been short staffed and had system issues thus meaning, even if you had an appointment, there was still a long delay. This place is shameful. I scheduled an appointment days ago for 1:40pm. I checked in prior to appointment and was on time. I get there and they have 25-30 people ahead of me who also had scheduled an appointment. They are 2 hours behind. This is disrespectful of everyone’s time and will lead to poor patient outcomes because people have kids to pick up at school or need to get back to work.
