I rarely leave reviews, but I had to recognize the outstanding care I received from Karlene at Quest at 31150 Temecula Pkwy in Temecula CA I’m considered a very “hard stick” when it comes to blood draws, and both times I’ve seen Karlene, she got it on the very first attempt. You can immediately tell she has years of experience. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, kind, and professional, and she makes what is usually a stressful experience feel easy and comfortable. Just make sure you have an appointment. If you have an appointment you'll likely still have to wait, but a reasonable amount of time, depending on how busy they are. If you show up without an appointment you will wait an extremely long time. The employees are good and the facility is clean.
Thursday, 7-16-2026: The entire appointment set up is so convenient using their app to schedule and check in. I rarely wait long so I recommend making an appointment instead of walking in. Today there were 10 people on the stand by list, who were there waiting since Quest opened up. This visit, I met for the first time with Amari, who was exuberant & friendly. I live 40 minutes from the lab. I had my doctor send over the order twice just to make sure (fax). I got to the location in Temecula before my appointment just to be sure. Then when called, I was told they had not received my order and to have them resend to the fax #. I called my doctors and they said they will resend asap. The lab said they checked and nothing (after10 minutes). I called my doctors and then said they sent it and had a confirmation in hand that it went through and I checked the fax number.
