Quest app is very easy to use and select locations and times. Once selected, I've never had to wait long at all. Very professional, and I have been going there for 20+ years.
the check in process has been streamlined, the wait time was 10 or less - I could see my name on the marque. and the visit was pain free. in and out in a flash!

It would be nice if you hired more staff to accommodate all the people, not only those with appointments, but also the stat orders and walk-ins. Every Quest Diagnostics I have been to has had been short staffed and had system issues thus meaning, even if you had an appointment, there was still a long delay. When I came in with an appointment I still waited an hour past my appointment to be seen. There should be more staff this is unexceptable.
