I had an appointment at 11:00 a.m. and arrived five minutes early. The place was closed with a sign saying they would be back in a few minutes. I waited almost 20 minutes, but no one returned.
I didn't have to wait at all. They took me exactly at the time of my appointment and I was out of there within 10 minutes!!!

My technician was so kind and personable. My family always hopes we get him when we go for labs. Promote him!
