Service was surprsingly quick. The sign in process so easy. The phlebotomist was very skilled and essentially painless.
Super simple check in. Blood draw was exactly as per appointment. I was in and out in 10 minutes. I love the specific tests that can be ordered either through Quest or Ultalabs. This time got my ApoB tested.
The phlebotomist was so incompetent that she said my daughter had rolling veins, she absolutely did not. She stuck her and was rummaging around for a vein and when she couldn’t find one she said to my daughter what do you want to do???? Seriously??!! My daughter went the next day to her drs office and it went perfectly fine!! The people were completely incompetent as Mission Viejo!
While most of the time I had a good experience with quest Diagnostics in the 26800 Crown valley location , I must say that the chairs in the waiting room looks dirty and over used . While I was there I spoke and shared my observations with one other patient in the room and he said the same thing , while we were standing and waiting for our turn . I also shared my concern with the medical staff and they agreed too .
I don’t recommend this location. I’ve gotten my blood taken many times before (at other locations) and this time when I went here, when he took blood it burned so badly the whole time which I thought was strange, and then when I went to take my bandage off they was so much blood in the bandage usually it’s just a small dot. I believe he either blew my vein or completely missed it 🤯 and nicked a nerve based on how my arm felt after
