Obviously the suite 521 is on floor 5, Google information was outdated. I made an appointment at this location , and check-in process was easy on a device and smooth. Tiffany, my phlebotomist, was very friendly and professional. Very happy with the experience.
As I have said previously on other surveys, the logic of checking in, getting a QR code, and scanning it at the lab makes perfect sense UNTIL you get there and the system still wants to take a picture of my Drivers License, Insurance card, and Insurance Supplement card. All of that was verified during the eCheck in process. Why is it needed again?
In and out with ease extremely professional wasn't there for longer than 5 minutes. Perfect
The staff at this particular facility are amazing!
Tiffany was very skilled with my blood draw and made no bruising. I really appreciate her method since I receive several blood draws a year.
