Painless Blood draw!
As always, I appreciate the quick process of checking in through their kiosks. I made an appointment online so my wait was only a few minutes. Tiffany, my phlebotomist, was friendly and professional- answered my questions. She was highly skilled - found a vein immediately and barely felt the poke.
Very frustrating experience with billing and patient handling. I arrived fasting for a scheduled morning appointment, waited over 30 minutes, and then was told I had to pay upfront or they would refuse my bloodwork. This is especially concerning because Quest previously attempted to charge me hundreds of dollars before insurance claims had even processed correctly.
