What a miserable experience. You can’t actually talk to anyone on the phone. I moved from out of state so my doctor sent labs here but I want to confirm they can do them and can’t get anyone. Went in to the location today, no check-in desk, just a tablet. Tried calling again, it’s all automated. What a joke. This rating is based on my experience with them trying to schedule, unsure of the actual work. But do not recommend based on how difficult it is to talk to someone. L
I didnt have to wait long to be seen and check in time was pretty easy and once seen it only took a couple minutes
I went in with no appointment as soon as they opened and was promptly greeted and welcomed by a lady who was warm and friendly. I understood there may have been a long wait but that never happened. I was able to return home and get ready for work without issue. Thank You !!!
