I was able to book my morning appointment two days before as the other Quests in the Northtowns area were well booked out. Was able to complete my check-in on the iPad. You scan your ID and insurance with the machine there. They do have different language options, and then also take-in walks in. I sat down in the waiting room and waited about ten minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I went the other day to get blood work done per my doctors orders. I have been to this location several of times and every person I got was really good. Smooth and fast. This time the experience was HORRIBLE. The person I got I never seen before at this location. So when she called me in an elderly woman was waiting to ask a question. Granted the question was a bit silly but I feel like as a person who works in this field you should have been able to give this person a solid answer. Clean, professional, efficient. Anthony provided great service and made the visit enjoyable. He is clearly happy with Quest which translates to a great customer experience.
Made an appointment for 2:10pm same day. They took me at exactly 2:10pm and out of there by 2:15pm- AWESOME!! God Bless Jillian!.
