Jocelyn is hands down the best phlebotomist I’ve ever experienced. Quest delivers a smooth, positive process from scheduling to the actual blood draw, but Jocelyn takes it to another level. I honestly hope and pray she’s working every time I come in. I usually bruise after bloodwork—but never with Jocelyn. Jocelyn is the only person I've seen for the last 3 years! She gets it on the first try each time which is a miracle with my non-existent veins. Great at her job and a wonderful human!
The phlebotomist with chihuahuas everywhere might’ve been the best I’ve ever had draw my blood. She asked questions and kept me distracted as I told her I have issues with blood draws. The location looked kind of old at first but I didn’t mind after being cared for by the staff!
Loved my experience and I will be back. Check in was quick and easy. Jocelyn made what is usually a scary experience the most pleasant blood draw I’ve ever had. She’s great at what she does and it’s clear she loves her job. I echo the other reviews in saying, Quest: please pay this woman everything she deserves, she’s working for every penny of it and making you guys look amazing. I will be booking any future blood work I can with her here at the Quest Baines Ct location. Thanks Jocelyn for a 5 star experience!
The entire process at Quest Diagnostics was seamless and efficient. After e-checking in online, I arrived at the location, checked in at the front desk, and was called back within just 5 minutes. When I realized I had forgotten my paper lab orders (which could have been a major setback), Jocelyn immediately offered a solution by providing their fax number.
