Quick, professional and efficient every visit
This location was easy to find. Scheduling was simple and easy. The technician was fantastic. I would use this location for the excellence in customer service.
DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION I wish I would have read their reviews before wasting my time. If I could give this location a negative 10 I would. I arrived at this New Rochelle Location today 11/11/25. Around 3:10pm I tried to ask a staff member a question. As I am explaining my situation this staff member cuts me off and tells me to sign in. I tried to explain that I already did. Mia was a PERFECT phlebotomist. Super professional, friendly, and efficient. Only knocking a star off because the office uses an electronic check in rather than a front desk person. Stop giving our jobs to machines. It's much colder of an entrance without a human up there. Thanks again Mia, sorry if I spelled your name wrong - Dr D
