I suggest coming to this Quest location if you have done something terribly wrong and deserve to be punished. I informed the tech when we started that I am prone to fainting during blood draws and it helps to whiff an alcohol wipe. I have done this DOZENS of times at many different medical offices without issue. Well, apparently here you're only allowed 1 alcohol wipe per client. My service provider was very professional, nice, knowledgeable, and fun! Couldn’t have gone better.
Phlebotomist very skilled and courteous. Little wait. I do wish there was an receptionist, as I had forgotten my paperwork in the car and there was no one to tell I'd be right back. I found street parking.
This place is a dump. Terrible parking lot & elevator. I’ve said this in every past review to no avail. Staff was fine.
The person I interacted with was very nice and gentle. I had to have my blood drawn three times for my test and she was wonderful. I've come out more bruised from appointments elsewhere when I only had my blood drawn only once. She even commented on a bruise left from a previous appointment elsewhere. Not sure how she did it! My appointment was for a 2 hour test. I was called in on time for each draw even when I was no longer alone in the waiting room and thought that may slow them before my last draw.
