I had an appointment today for additional testing. I must say I was very disappointed in this business. When I arrived to my appointment there was no receptionist I wanted over 5 minutes to be attended to. The lady who assisted me was doing three jobs in one. Customer service and taking blood, and taking payments too. Wowwww The building looked like a ghost town as well as the parking lot. No security guard nowhere to be found in or around the building. Great service
My wife and her mom had the best experience here yesterday. My wife took her mom to the doctor and got a prescription for blood work and at the end of the day after the appointment went on a waitlist.Mia was the technician and was so helpful. My wife also had a prescription for blood work as well. Both of them raved about how they didn’t feel a thing. During the appointment, they also had a very nice conversation! Would definitely recommend this place.
Mia is very professional and she runs a type ship!
Person who did the bloodwork was cheerful, efficient, and it didn't hurt AT ALL. :). Results came back within 24 hours. Amazing.
