I arrived at 2:35pm. Your company could benefit from some form of marketing / signage. I called the office number and could not speak to anyone. Make it easy for clients to find you. You all close at 4pm, but won’t accept drug screens after 3:00pm. By the time I found the correct office and attempt to sign in, it was 3:02pm. The lady who answered the door was not rude, but it was very disappointing to be turned around after Al the energy taking to park and find the right office.
Surprisingly fast and efficient even though we came early for our appointment. Friendly and accommodating staff.
When I booked my drug test, the website said walk in between 8am-4pm. When I arrived, the placard outside the door stated drug tests don’t actually start until 8:30. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. I get inside right at 8am, the first and only person in the office, and check in. The kiosk informs me that the first available appointment is for 9am.
