The persons drawing blood were knowledgable, polite and skilled.
If you have anywhere else you can go to take a drug test or any other medical service, go there. 45 minute wait with an appointment just to pee in a cup. Horrible service, one of the slowest clinics I’ve ever seen
Quest misidentified me when the order was sent from my doctor's office, and so I wasted over an hour of my workday getting blood drawn, only to have to discard the blood because the patient on the label was NOT me. It was another patient, with the same first and last name and DOB, but different middle initial. Unacceptable.
The phlebotomist that worked with me was both professional and personable. Her skill was very impressive. Competent, confident, caring and courteous. I couldn’t ask for better.
Don’t go here to get blood drawn. Popped my vein in my hand, poked the other hand and still couldn’t get enough blood. They also popped my wife’s vein in her hand. We left with swollen purple hands and not even even blood to test. Place is awful.
